Coverflex is the new investment of the 200M Fund

Coverflex joins the 200M Fund’s portfolio, managed by Banco Português de Fomento, in an investment round of 5 million euros, the largest pre-seed ever in Portugal and one of the largest in Europe, in partnership with Breega and other local investors.

Founded in 2019, Coverflex has developed an all-in-one platform that offers a flexible compensation solution that allows all companies, regardless of their size, to design, operate and customize compensation offers in addition to salary, such as benefits, insurance, meal allowance and discounts. The objective is to improve compensation for those who attribute it, reducing costs, and for those who receive it, maximizing the employees income potential.

This financing round will allow Coverflex to recruit more talent and double the team, strengthen its position in the Portuguese market and finance its international expansion.
